Raised in a village, my formative years were nestled in its simplicity and richness. Despite limited exposure to technology, I found my grounding in this environment. Moving to a boarding school at a young age, I quickly learned the invaluable skills of networking and adapting to diverse settings.
My hobbies, a reflection of my cultural heritage, became my solace and learning ground. Kolam, a traditional art form involving symmetrical patterns, taught me design principles and mindfulness. Mehandi, the art of applying intricate henna designs, deepened my appreciation for detail and patience. Practicing Kuchipudi, a classical Indian dance, I embraced storytelling through movement and rhythm. These activities, available to me in my rural upbringing, were not mere pastimes but life lessons in creativity, symmetry, and aesthetics.
These experiences, far more than just hobbies, have profoundly shaped my worldview and problem-solving approach. These days, working remotely, I enjoy playing with children in my village and wandering through the sprawling fields. These instances of joy and simplicity are a constant reminder of my unique journey – one that harmoniously blends the rustic charm of village life with the broadening horizons of my education. Each step, each experience, continues to influence who I am today and guides how I approach life's challenges.
